Our founding principles were about creating a new pipeline of technologists, for that pipeline to be as inclusive and diverse as possible whilst never compromising on quality. Since then we have trained almost 3000 people from all walks of life and supported them into  rewarding tech careers at over 500 organisations.

About Northcoders Group

In 2016, we founded Northcoders bootcamps with a mission to diversify the tech industry. We provide top-notch training for those looking to break into tech. In 2021, we floated on the stock market and became a PLC. Since then we have continued to grow at a pace and in 2023, we welcomed Tech Returners into our family, breaking barriers and reigniting tech passions for professionals returning to the industry.

But we're not just transforming careers; we're changing the game for tech businesses too. Our Business Solutions brand connects companies with exceptional tech professionals, offering tailored solutions to consult, upskill, mentor, and retain top technologists.

When you interview for a Northcoders role, we ensure there is a clear process that you'll follow. Each individual unique and friendly interview process will differ from role to role but it will be communicated with you at the start of the process.
