My main role is to focus on attracting, assessing and onboarding returning engineers to our core and award-winning programme - Your Return to Tech.

I engage with our returners, with a focus on creating a supportive and comfortable interview environment that helps people to shine and see people’s potential. I research community events and the returner, software engineer and diverse technology industries and immerse myself in the UK tech scene to reach more potential applicants and share our vision.
